Video 1 education games

There is a difference between video games and learning games. The games are voluntary we can not force and then ask for good results. Playing is a way in which nature helps us learn, now you connect your cell phone or your Tablet and immediately you have a teaching. But the reality is that we are not taking advantage of all the power of the games. To teach any game you have to be a volunteer, we can not force the people you like and get the most out of the game that we can, it's really how we can succeed. It is connecting our brain and keeping it occupied is what we really look for with games and education.

Video 2 use of games in classes.

Every game we know is a game to learn, it can be tennis, chess even the famous monopoly. Maybe we can not all use them in schools, but we can use games in which they force you to think and concentrate and without knowing you are learning something new. Sometimes it is not so easy to establish a game in a classroom where all the students like it, for this it is necessary to prepare, establish some context and explore the game together with the students. The game may not be what you planned, but the idea is to bring opportunities to learn.

Some advices

Use the games that students already know, do not give them so many indications of the game, use methods that make them curious so that they are much more interested in learning.
